No, you don't need to have an account to place an order. You can place an order as a guest. However, we highly recommend that you create an account to enjoy the following benefits:

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
Unfortunately, our system only allows the use of one discount code per order. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds due to the nature of the products. If there are any issues with your its such as received broken, wrong item, etc. Please feel free to reach out to us via our email with a picture of the product and we will work towards satisfying your needs.
If you have any missing items in your order, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your package. Provide us with your order number and a description of the missing item(s), and we will investigate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. Please be sure to check your order confirmation email and tracking information to ensure that all items were included in your original shipment.
